Dashboard metrics breakdown

The Current Effective Cloud Cost and Ideal Effective Cloud Cost metrics can be expanded to view their breakdowns.

Effective Cloud Cost is equal to Effective Provider Cost plus Performance Cost.  Fro the Views -> Dashboard, you can now expand the Current and Ideal Effective Cloud Cost metrics to see the associated breakdowns.
