Support added for new Amazon EC2 VT1 instances

Last week, AWS announced new Amazon EC2 VT1 instances that are designed to provide the best price performance for multi-stream video transcoding with resolutions up to 4K UHD. We have added support for these new VT1 instances.

All other previously released instance families and instance types are currently supported in our pricing calculations and recommendations.
